IT Equipment Collection

When raising a ticket please ensure the following are answered:

  1. Equipment is broken/not working – YES / NO
  2. Equipment is for STORAGE / DISPOSAL
  3. Does the PC and/or Hard Disks contain any data you may require in the future? YES / NO
  4. Equipment is disconnected and ready for collection – YES / NO
  5. Location and contact for equipment access
  6. Can any equipment can be re-used?
  7. Is there a deadline for removal?
  8. Reason for collection e.g. Staff leaving
  9. Is there a Asset/Service Tag? If  so please provide the number 

(white sticker with a barcode and either QMUL or Service Tag written).

 

 

 

We may not be able to asset tag and collect any equipment until all questions have been answered.
