The kiosks on the ground floor of each library allows students who are not registered on our Pharos system to register their ID cards and enable printing.
The steps to register your card are displayed below:
1. On the kiosk, scan your ID card by tapping the card reader.
2. On the Card Not Recognised dialogue box, tap Yes.
3. On the New Card Register window, enter your QMUL username and password and select Register.
4. On the Card Registered dialogue box, tap OK.
Your card is now enabled and ready to use on any HP device.
Accessing the £10 credit provided by the University
You will need to swipe your card on any student printer to activate the £10 credit given by the University.
